Kryna Return Policy

At Kryna, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below to understand how our process works.

1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Please note that some items, such as personalised, custom-made, or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at trykrynasupp@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorisation (RA) number, if required.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 80 USD, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please return the original item and place a new order through our website. We do not process direct exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement, and cover any shipping costs associated with returning the item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

8. Final Sale Items

Any item marked as Final Sale on the product page or during checkout is not eligible for return or exchange.
