Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the date your order ships. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your ship date, please contact us at the email below and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund if the package cannot be located.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at the email below and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
